SullivanArc is committed to providing a safe environment for your loved ones to live and work. One of the functions of the Quality Improvement Department is to investigate potential allegations of mistreatment, neglect and other forms of abuse. We rely on the good faith reporting of staff, family members and peers to direct our efforts of review and improvement of services.
The QI Department, along with the agency’s Nursing Department, tracks other occurrences such as falls, injuries of unknown origin, medication administration errors, and use of physical intervention techniques. The information collected assists the agency in developing policies, procedures and training programs that are geared to reduce the likelihood of such instances in the future.
