Program Manager $20.34/hr.-40 hrs/per week Provide direction, management and leadership of the day to day operations for individuals with a diagnosis of MR/DD – supervising program planning Two (2) years MR/DD exp. required AA and MR/DD supervisory experience.
Asst. Program Manager $15.50/hr.-40 hrs/per week To assist the program manager in providing direction, management, and leadership of day operations of the Individual Residential Alternative. Responsible for ensuring that effective and appropriate services are provided to all the people we support. One (1) yr of MR/DD exp required. Direct Support Professional Certificatepreferred.
Direct Support Professional $11.84/hr – 40 hrs/per week Numerous Positions open in Multi Locations Training/guidance to program participants in performance of daily living skills. Many positions at many locations available. HS/GED preferred

DAY PROGRAM


Day Hab Provider $10.84/hr – 35/40 hrs/ per week Provide active programming through facilitation of Day Habilitation plans. Many positions at numerous locations available. HS/GED preferred
Day Hab Provider Relief $10.00/hr Provide active programming through facilitation of Day Habilitation plans. HS/GED preferred
Group Supervisor $12.12/hr – 40 hrs/per week Coordinate comprehensive service plan for qualitative & quantitative aspects of each person we support & responsibility for daily operation of caseload, budget, physical plant and staffing. HS/GED w/ 3 yrs MR/DD or Associates Degree will be considered in place of exp.

Employment Training Specialist $11.44/hr.-40hrs/per week Provide support, training and supervision to Community Prevocational individuals assigned to various volunteer sites in the community. HS diploma and 1yr exp. working with people with intellectual disabilities. Must have good verbalCommunication and writing skills.
Job Coach Relief $11.50/hr – hours vary Provide assistance and supervision to the people we support at various work sites. HS/GED. Previous experience preferred

Relief Respite Provider                                          $10.00/hr – hours vary             To provide overnight care in your home to children  diagnosed with serious emotional disturbances/developmental disabilities. Also receive a food stipend  while the child is in your home. HS diploma preferred previous experience with MR/DD.
Relief CSI Provider $10.00/hr – hours vary Provide assistance at home and in the community for program participants living in Forestburgh, Glen Spey, Roscoe, Hurleyville, So. Fallsburg, Callicoon in addition to other areas in Sullivan County – Mileage reimbursement HS diploma preferred Previous experience with MR/DDHS
Relief CSI Provider $10.00/hr To assist staff in providing recreational opportunities Friday evenings and Saturday, day hours. HS diploma preferred.
Relief CSI Provider $10.00/hr – hours vary To provide temporary in-home and community respite services to high need families whose children are diagnosed with serious emotional disturbances/developmental disabilities HS diploma preferred Previous MH exp preferred

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES


Vocational Coordinator $14.88/hr- 40hrs/per week Coordinate vocational habilitation services for specific caseload of the people we support. Insures that all vocational services for individuals on specific caseload are provided with person-centered positive approaches and as authorized by the Interdisciplinary team. Provide direct vocational training services for person on caseload, as indicated by the individual’s preferences and abilities Maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with the people we support, collateral, staff and co-workers. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related human service field preferred or 3 years vocational experience. Possess knowledge of agency policy and procedures.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY


IT Support Technician $19.00/hr Responsible for providing support of agency systems and hardware, and providing technical expertise, assistance, help desk, and project coordination necessary to support critical hardware and software products. AAS (Computer Science/Information Technology; Experience preferred.
