SullivanArc recognizes both living and deceased family members and friends who are committed to supporting
SullivanArc through a will, trust, insurance policy, gift annuity, and/or donation. 
Members of our Visionary and Legacy Sociecty, Circle of Friends, and Associates help safeguard the future of SullivanArc. 
We are an organization who is committed to enabling people with developmental disabilities live as contributing, valued members of their community.

ASSOCIATES
SullivanArc gratefully acknowledges the memorial donations and other contributions
up to $999.00 made annually in the annual report and end of year calendar.

CIRCLE OF FRIENDS:
Circle of Friends members, are those who contribute at least
$1,000 up to $9,999.00 to the SullivanArc Foundation annually.

 

Levels of Giving - Circle of Friends

PATRON-                                                      $1,000 - $2,499 per year

LEADERSHIP                                             $2,500 - $4,999 per year

CHAMPION                                                   $5,000 - $9,999 per year

RUTH BENNETT VISIONARY SOCIETY     $10,000 or more per year

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES, DONOR RECOGNITION/STEWARDSHIP CIRCLE OF FRIENDSMembers will receive invitations to all special events throughout the year, and local
recognition in annual report and end of year mailing (calendar).  Circle of Friends reception will be held annually in conjunction with Visionary Society reception.

 

RUTH BENNETT VISIONARY SOCIETY:
Membership in the Visionary Society is granted to individuals who contribute at least $10,000.00
annually to the SullivanArc Foundation.  Named in celebration of SullivanArc’s founder, the society recognizes the strong values, vision, and spirit of our dedicated founder who worked to create and
sustain SullivanArc during those vital formative years. Today’s visionary society members reflect those
same values and dedication through their charitable gifts.

Levels of Giving Visionary Society

FOUNDER - Status is extended to donors who
                                    contribute 100,000. Or more in a lifetime

BENEFACTOR -   Recognize and honor those who have
contributed 25,000. and up

SUPPORTER - Recognize and honor those who have
contributed 10,000. and up

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES, DONOR RECOGNITION/STEWARDSHIP VISONARY SOCIETY
Members will receive invitations to all special events throughout the year, and local recognition in
annual report and end of year mailing (calendar), website listing.  Visionary Society reception will be held annually in
conjunction with Circle of Friends reception. 

HONORING MAJOR DONORS (10,000 and up) - will occur at the annual community recognition event, including recognition in journal. 

FOUNDER
Honor will include a naming opportunity that will allow donor/s to associate a name or names to a fund, a building, parts of a building, or program.  The naming of an entire building or other facility will be reserved for donors committing a significant contribution and is subject to approval by the Gift Acceptance Committee.  In the case of a building or facility that has already been named, the Gift Acceptance Committee may consider the use of a hyphenation to incorporate the original name and a name designated by the current donor.  Internal sections of buildings and facilities may also be available for naming.  A comprehensive list of opportunities will be developed for availability, upon request.  The Chapter Board of Directors retains authority for final approval for all naming opportunities.

BENEFACTOR
Honor will include presentation of our Time to Shine Award (Torchlight glass flame atop heavy base).  The torch flame represents the impact of donor’s contribution to SullivanArc while symbolizing organization’s desire to achieve success and affect a positive change on the quality of life for people with disabilities.  Much like the purpose of the statue of Liberty with her torch…SullivanArc with the support of the benefactor is enlightening the communities’ awareness of people with disabilities

SUPPORTER
Supporters
will be presented with Shining Star Award (figurine with star atop crystal base.)  
Figurine represents our logo.  The star will symbolize lending strength to our organization while
helping the foundation to grow.

 

A Tree of Life Donor Wall is on display in our main foyer at Sullivan Industries which will signify growth and prosperity.  Our ‘Tree of Life’ will acknowledge and thank individuals who have invested in the future of SullivanArc through a major gift contribution.

THE 1949 CIRCLE
All those who notify us that they have included the Sullivan Arc Foundation as a beneficiary of their estate plans will become members of our 1949 Circle (Legacy Society) and will be recognized in our annual report and at our annual event.  And, a commemorative member recognition gift.

The 1949 Circle was established to acknowledge and thank individuals who today support the SullivanArc foundation through charitable gift provisions in their estate plans.  Named for the founding year of SullivanArc.  The 1949 Circle membership is a reflection of highest values, vision and spirit as demonstrated by the dedicated founders who worked to create and sustain SullivanArc during those vital, formative year.

STEWARDSHIP
Appropriate recognition shall be provided to all donors of the SullivanArc Foundation, Inc. 
Donors may request to remain anonymous.
